Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Maximus Freight & Courier Service, we strive to provide fast, reliable, and flexible delivery solutions for all of our customers. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or modify a booking. This policy outlines how cancellations, modifications, and refunds are handled.

1. Cancellation Before Pickup

– Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
– Cancellations made within 12–24 hours of pickup may be subject to a 25% service fee.
– Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup are non-refundable, as drivers and resources have already been allocated.

2. Same-Day & Express Deliveries

For same-day or express delivery services, once your booking is confirmed and a driver is dispatched, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. Please ensure all delivery details are correct before confirming your booking.

3. Rescheduling Deliveries

If you wish to reschedule a delivery, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Rescheduling is free if requested at least 12 hours before pickup. Changes requested within 12 hours may incur a small administrative fee depending on availability.

4. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or other reasons beyond our control, additional charges may apply for re-delivery or storage. Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries under these conditions.
